Havis-Shields and LEDCO-Chargeguard Merger Information

• Local Reseller Locator is launched allowing users to search for a Havis Reseller in their area and also by market classification.
  

June 1, 2009 

•  New phone system was installed May 29, 2009
  • All PA (Havis-Shields) extensions will need a “3” inserted in front of previous extensions (Example: old ext. 124 = new ext. 3124) 
  • MI (LEDCO-Chargeguard) phone numbers will stay the same
• Havis-Shields Equipment Corporation and LEDCO-Chargeguard announce merged company name, logo and tagline: Havis – Productivity in motion™.

  • Havis announces new merged website www.havis.com featuring both Havis-Shields and LEDCO-Chargeguard products
    • Distributor locator on web will be down until July 15th
    • PA customers will continue to have web order access on new site. MI customers, in late June.
  • Havis announces realigned inside and outside Factory Sales Teams. Independent Sales Representative territories remain unchanged. Click here for more information. 
  • All Sales Orders will be entered into PA database and all invoices will come from PA accounting. 
  • Sales Orders with both PA  and MI products will ship from two locations, two pack lists, one invoice, scheduled to go on same day
