RTS 45-Day Return Policy
Havis® offers the Customer the opportunity to return items for credit or replacement within the first (45) days from the date of shipment from Havis® . If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of an item outside of the (45) day window will not be accepted.
When returning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged appropriately (as it was received) to ensure full credit is issued. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.
