RMA Flat Fee Policy

Havis® now offers a flat fee policy for the repair of equipment no longer under warranty. This fee covers all parts used in repairs, diagnosis of equipment, labor used in repair, and shipping costs for return of equipment to the Customer. The flat fee for discontinued docking stations and their derivative components is $199. The flat fee for docking stations and their derivative components currently in production is $99. The flat fee for Kwik-Raze lights is $150 and the flat fee for Collins Dynamics is $100. Havis® reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

RMA 45-Day Policy

As of 6/1/09, any RMA item must be shipped to Havis® within (45) days of the RMA number being generated. If the unit(s) are not received by Havis® within that time, the RMA will be closed and a new RMA must be generated if the Customer still wishes to have the units repaired.

In the event that a unit is no longer under warranty, a quote for repairs will be issued. The Customer will have (45) days to approve the quote. If Havis® does not receive a PO or credit card information within that time frame, the RMA will be closed and the equipment will be returned to the Customer in its original condition.

RTS 45-Day Return Policy

Havis® offers the Customer the opportunity to return items for credit or replacement within the first (45) days from the date of shipment from HAVIS® . If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of an item outside of the (45) day window will not be accepted.

When returning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged appropriately (as it was received) to ensure full credit is issued. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.
