Yes. Pro-gard will continue operating under the Pro-gard brand.
Distributors can continue doing business with Havis and Pro-gard as they always have. The acquisition creates opportunities to offer customers a broader range of vehicle solutions from two trusted public safety manufacturers.
Until Jan 1, 2027, you will continue to place your orders with Havis for their products and Pro-gard for their products.
Yes, your pricing structure on the products with both companies will remain the same.
Please reach out to who you have been working with at each company. We are currently working through the integration of the teams and plan to have that to you by January 1, 2027. If you are unsure, please reach out to your contacts at either company and we will make sure you get to the right person. Once we finalize the teams, we will provide you with an updated Contact List.
That will be in Q2 of 2027 before we integrate all the accounts. Until then, it will be Havis AP/AR and Pro-gard AP/AR that you are currently working with.
You can reach out to your existing contacts for now, and they can assist you in getting demo products.
Until January 1, 2027, we will be handling things the same way we were prior to this announcement. If you would like both product lines to deliver at the same time, please let us know that at the time of ordering and we can work internally to coordinate that. In Q2 of 2027, we will be integrated and scheduling the order as one.

No. For the time being, ordering processes remain unchanged. Order Havis from Havis and Pro-gard from Pro-gard. We will update customers if this changes.
