This customer required a Point of Sale (POS) Mount for the HP Engage One. They required improved swivel and tilt functionality for better ergonomics and the ability to swivel the display to customer for order confirmation.
The Havis DM-1000 with Stability Plate (used to connect stand to the HP Engage One Hub) was the chosen solution. The adjustable features of the DM-1000 allow for improved viewing angles and ergonomics for all associates. The swivel also allows the display to easily be rotated to the customer for order confirmation, thereby achieving improved customer experience and satisfaction.
This solution was initially rolled out in the USA and is now also part of a Pan-European roll-out.
